By accessing and using Growth Tribe Academy ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

3. Course Enrollment and Access
When you purchase a course or subscribe to a plan:
- You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the course content for personal educational use.
- Course access is tied to your individual account and may not be shared.
- Subscription plans grant access to designated courses for the duration of the subscription.
- Individual course purchases grant lifetime access to that specific course.
4. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed through our payment gateway partner. By making a purchase, you agree to:
- Pay all fees associated with your purchase in the currency specified.
- Provide valid payment information.
- Authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount.
Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase and are subject to review.
5. Subscription Terms
If you subscribe to a plan:
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Upon expiration, you retain access to courses you have completed at least 75% of.
- Pricing may change, and you will be notified in advance of any changes.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to courses, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Growth Tribe Academy or its content creators and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without authorization.
- Download, record, or capture video or audio content.
- Share your account credentials with others.
- Use content for commercial purposes without written consent.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
- Submit false or misleading information.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform.
8. Content Reviews
When submitting reviews or feedback:
- Reviews must be honest and based on your actual experience.
- We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove reviews at our discretion.
- Reviews must not contain offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content.
9. Limitation of Liability
Growth Tribe Academy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
10. Termination
